TASTY THINGS FOR TODDLERS/BABIES
we always find different options in food when it comes to healthy weaning.
so today in tasty Things for Toddlers/Babies I am going to share a recipe of baby Breakfast. I came across this recipe from a dear friend therefore I thought to share it here.
SHARING IS CARING
It should be given to 8 month plus baby because I think its bit heavy for baby till 7 months .
INGREDIENTS:
- Full boiled egg yolk - 1
- boiled potato -half medium sized
- Butter/cream cheese - 1 tespn
- water - as per need
- salt and pepper - pinch (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mash full boiled egg and potato together with the help of fork.
- Add desired amount of water according to the consistency you want to serve your baby
- Add melted butter or cream cheese and mix all together nicely.
- You can add salt and pepper if you wish to as salt is not recommended before the age 1.
NOTE:
1. Introduce each ingredient separately before combining them.
2. Look for any allergic symptoms
3.always consult to pediatrician before starting any food.
4. Consult to doctor if you find any symptoms that is alarming for baby .
5. Consistency and texture of food is depend upon your baby's preference.
